Ordering
How can I place an order?
You can place an order in the bakery, over the phone or by email. We recommend sending us as many details as you can for your event (date, time, theme, flavors, etc.). We will do our hardest to review your request within 48 hours.
How early should I place an order?
If you are just placing an order for our daily flavor cupcakes, we can fulfill an order request within 24 hours. For customized cakes and cupcakes, we request at least four weeks notice. We cannot guarantee order fulfillment for shorter notice, but we will try our hardest to fit you in when we can.
Is a deposit required when placing an order?
We require a 50% deposit when placing the order or a credit card on file.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellations with shorter notice will forfeit their deposit.
Do you have gluten free/sugar free/vegan/keto cupcakes?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer sugar free, gluten free or vegan desserts. We are working on trying to find recipes to make this a possibility!
